Ned Washington (né le 15 août 1901 à Scranton, Pennsylvanie – m. le 20 décembre 1976 à Beverly Hills, Californie, était un parolier Americain .

Washington a été nominé pour 11 Academy Awards de 1940 to 1962. Il a remporté le Best Original Music award pour “When You Wish Upon A Star” dans Pinocchio en 1940 et “High Noon (Do Not Forsake Me, Oh My Darlin’)” dans High Noon en 1952.
